MSDS ACQUISITION / MONITORING |

| Safetec provides two premium MSDS services for customers that wish to offload the responsibility of obtaining new and revised MSDSs. There are two service components : |

| MSDS Monitor |
|
Safetec's MSDS Monitor service tracks MSDS revision dates and automatically updates MSDSs to their most recent revision. Safetec receives regular updates of the MSDS directly from manufacturers. Electronic notification of a revised MSDS is sent to responsible Safety/IH Administrator(s) for approval only when chemical ingredients have changed; otherwise, the default behavior is for the updated MSDS to be automatically added and made 'active' while archiving the previous MSDS. Any new chemicals added to your MSDS repository will automatically be monitored for future updates.
Safetec has established a database of manufacturers that stays abreast of business closures, mergers, acquisitions and organizational name changes to ensure we have the best information available to monitor your MSDS documents. In addition, Safetec is a provider of MSDS authoring software and services to many chemical manufacturers and we store many of our customer's MSDSs on our web servers. |

| MSDS Request |
|
When new MSDSs are needed for a facility/location, our MSDS web form is used to submit a new MSDS to your repository. This form sends a request to Safetec to find and retrieve the MSDS document and add the document and location information to your MSDS repository.
A system interface can optionally be developed to automate the transfer of MSDS information from your procurement system to Safetec. |
