You can specify for your flagged chemicals to either undergo a manual review or be approved without further action. For example, you could set a criterion that rejects all chemicals with a chemical constituent located on the SARA 302 Extremely Hazardous Substances list and containing a flashpoint below 120F. Instant Review would then automatically flag chemicals with those characteristics.

Instant Review can also analyze non-MSDS data as part of the approval process. For example, the system can analyze products differently based on chemical classes you assign to them, allowing you to filter certain categories of chemicals (such as paints and varnishes with low flashpoints) from your review.
