With Safetec’s Industrial Hygiene (IH) Analyzer Module, controlling occupational chemical exposures is easy. Leveraging the chemical constituent data from MSDSs in Safetec’s Chemical Compliance Manager (CCM) system and the data management capabilities of Safetec’s complete document management system, the IH Analyzer Module allows you to run on-demand, real-time reports that combine values from the American Conference of Industrial Hygienists (ACGIH), National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). With these values (e.g. threshold limits, permissible exposure limits, carcinogenic data), you can compile data from your MSDSs for a particular department or an entire facility and:
- Compare regulation threshold amounts for MSDSs in the system
- Quickly find your acceptable risk and exposure levels
- Understand what tests you need to run
- Select appropriate testing equipment
